Two shared building blocks for date-and-note metadata: `isoDate` (a date) and `plainNote` (a plain-text note). Reused by `lastUpdated`, `lastReviewed`, the status `note` (on the entity and per platform), and `docOrigin.note`.

## isoDate {#isodate}

An ISO 8601 date (YYYY-MM-DD).

## plainNote {#plainnote}

A plain-text note. MUST NOT contain markup and MUST NOT be empty.
